Working in Occupied Premises is something that we have excelled at since 1963.

We have developed the systems, procedures and adopted the flexibility, care of duty and empathy that means when we work in someone’s home we treat them as if we were working in our own home.

The function of our Resident Liaison Officers in co-ordinating the works, allowing for any special requirements or circumstances that an individual resident, family or their carers may have lies at the heart of this ethos.

All of our Social Housing projects are resident-led. We always involve all residents, regardless of tenure.
