NVQ3 in Customer Care

A & E Elkins firmly believe in training our staff to be the best that they can be.  We searched for a customer care and business course that our front line staff could take in order to better communicate with residents and clients. We are now working in partnership with Westminster Kingsway College to provide an ‘in house training course’. This course will take various areas of Westminster Kingsway’s syllabus and combine them with A & E Elkins family values and commitment to customer service to provide the most personal and professional service anywhere.

Currently, we have 15 staff on course to receive their NVQ3. It has been a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all who have attended. Everyone has passed their exams and are finishing their course work to complete their modules and earn their certificates. Well done all!!

We have also set up an initiative with local authorities to recognize local rising talent through our apprenticeship scheme.
