Holidays for disabled children
Trewan Sands offer holidays through various holiday companies and other charitable organizations. We work closely with local authority disability units, special needs schools and various other charities throughout the UK. All the Children & families who benefit from our holidays are referred to us directly from one of the above. Our Loyal Supporters continued support allows us to make an enormous difference to the lives of the children and families that we help and gives them. This year, TSC have had their first music festival with the help of Burnham Grammar School, which went down an absolute storm. They also have a new face of the Charity of Angel, a beautiful 5 year old who is always ready to entertain. Trewan Sands Childrens Trust have also introduced Frankie. Frankie was diagnosed with Brachycephaly when he was 5 months old which caused his head to become severely misshapen. With the aid of a helmet, generously provided by TWC, Frankie is well on his way back to health!
